Rental Cohosting

Managing a property rental can be a lot of work, especially if you own more than one property. As a cohost we can work together to determine how hands on or hands off you want to be with your property and the business.

From guest communications, to staff managing, to scheduling local contractors or supply restocks, I will handle the daily ins and outs that you may not have time for, or that you just simply don’t want to think about.

When a property is well managed and guests feel like they get excellent customer service from a host, it is proven that those rentals book more, can charge more, and guests are more likely to return again.

I offer these services completely remotely, meaning I can help hosts from anywhere across the country and there’s no need for me to physically be at the property, so you do NOT need to be local to Los Angeles or California!

Interior Design

When guests are booking a rental, the interior is a very important factor in their decision making. When going on a trip we want to feel like we are staying at the best place around, not just someone else’s home.

As both a host and a designer, I know first-hand that we want a rental to be beautiful, but not break the bank.

So keeping this in mind, I make sure to find the balance of creating a space you and your guest’s will love but is still affordable.

I can design anything from one room to your entire house! I will even handle the purchasing for you. Working with vendors to get you designer prices on quality products.
