Kennedy Fielding

Born and raised in Wisconsin, I moved to Los Angeles in 2017. In 2020 I studied Interior Architecture & Design at Academy of Art University, with my focus being in design.

I’ve previously worked as Set Decorator and Art Assistant on music videos and commercials, before transitioning to a Junior Designer role under a Principal Designer where we worked on multi-million-dollar luxury homes in the L.A. area.

I also have several years of experience in client relations, having been in charge of Sales and Operations for a camera gear company and then being a Lead Showroom Rep for high-end wallcoverings and textiles.

In the start of 2024, my partner and I purchased our first home in Joshua Tree, CA which I took on as a design passion project and operate as the property manager. Since taking this on we have had a very successful first year and I’ve found a real joy for building the business and watching it grow and want to help do the same for other hosts. Combining my skills of client management and interior design.

Why “Sage Fox”?

sage [seyj]

noun

a plant or shrub belonging to the genus Salvia, of the mint family.

Sage as both a plant and color have a calming and inviting essence to it. Creating a feeling of peace, cleanliness, and comfort. In design, muted green tones read as a neutral in a space and can complement any color scheme paired with it.

fox [foks]

noun

several carnivores of the dog family, especially those of the genus Vulpes, smaller than wolves, having a pointed, slightly upturned muzzle, erect ears, and a long, bushy tail.

Foxes represent and hold a variety of admirable traits and characteristics such as independence, quick thinking, focus, and determination. In some cultures, these animals also represent change.

I also come from an area in Wisconsin known as the Fox Valley, so foxes have always held a special place in my heart.

Meet Luna!

Our 4-year-old Jindo mix sweetheart. My partner and I adopted her from an animal rescue that saves dogs from overseas. Luna was rescued from South Korea where she was found on a dog meat farm. Despite her tragic start to life by the hands of humans, this little girl put her trust in us instantly and is the gentlest and most loving dog we could have asked for.

She loves kisses, cuddles, going to the dog beach, and traveling with her daddies wherever we go.
